CryptoTicr LLC (“Manufacturer”) warrants to the original purchaser (“Purchaser”) that the product purchased (“Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase (“Warranty Period”).

What is Covered:
This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Manufacturer will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What is Not Covered:
This limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. This includes but is not limited to:
– Damage attributable to accidents, misuse, or abuse.
– Unauthorized modification or repairs.
– Normal wear and tear.
– Damage due to environmental or natural elements.
– Theft or loss of the Product.

How to Obtain Warranty Service:
To obtain warranty service, Purchaser must first contact Manufacturer to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for the Purchaser. Purchaser may be required to provide proof of purchase and comply with registration requirements before receiving warranty service. Click on the Warranty Claim Form checkbox at the top of this page to complete begin the process.

Limitations of Damages:
In no event shall Manufacturer be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from any defect in the product, including but not limited to, loss of use, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated profits. Manufacturer’s liability shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the product. This limitation applies to damages arising from the use or inability to use the firmware, software, data, data processing or services as well.

Governing Law:
This limited warranty shall be governed by the laws of the state of Ohio.

Your Rights and This Warranty:
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from country to country, or state to state. The disclaimers and limitations of liability under this limited warranty shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
