Warranty
Coverage
Your CryptoTicr is covered for two years from the date you bought it. If it fails in that time because of a defect in its materials or workmanship, under normal use, it is repaired or replaced at no charge. Parts and labor are both included.
What is not covered
- Damage from an accident, a drop, a spill, misuse or abuse. The ticker is not waterproof.
- A ticker that someone other than CryptoTicr has opened, modified or repaired.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage from heat, water, lightning or other outside causes.
- Loss or theft.
A problem with your Wi-Fi or your internet service is not a defect, so the warranty does not come into it. Lee helps with those anyway, for as long as you own the ticker.
How to claim
- Contact Lee first. Text or call (234) 575-2550, or email leeo@cryptoticr.com. Say what the screen shows and what happened.
- Most problems that look like a fault turn out to be a Wi-Fi or power question, and they are fixed in a few minutes with nothing sent anywhere.
- If the ticker is defective, Lee arranges the repair or replacement and tells you where to send it. Keep your order confirmation: it is your proof of the purchase date.
Limits
Repair or replacement is the whole remedy this warranty gives. CryptoTicr LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. The warranty is governed by the laws of Ohio.
