What to include in a bug report

• What you expected and what happened instead, in your own words.
• The exact words on the ticker’s screen, or a photo of it.
• The Firmware: line from the settings page’s header, and the line under Settings that names your browser.
• If the settings page itself misbehaved, the report its wait card can copy (Copy report), which carries everything the page knows.

Suggestions

Ideas are read. The firmware is updated over the air, so a good idea can reach every ticker, including yours, without anyone sending anything back.
