Yes. On the first ticker's settings page, Device → Export saves a small file with the coins, colors and timings; the page calls it the easy way to copy your setup to a second ticker. Open the second ticker's page and Import that file: it applies at once, no Save step. The Wi-Fi network is not in the file; set each ticker up on the network in the usual way first.
