Running several tickers

Each one is its own

A ticker’s setup network is CT and three digits from its own serial, so two tickers set up side by side show two names on the glass and in your Wi-Fi list; the ticker’s scan hides other tickers’ networks from its own list of choices. Once on your Wi-Fi each gets its own address from the router and serves its own settings page, and the page’s footer shows that unit’s MAC.

Telling them apart

Read the address off each ticker’s screen, or open a page and tap a coin’s badge: the ticker that switches coins is the one you are on. See Two tickers: which address is which?. A fixed address for each, reserved in the router by MAC, keeps the pages where you bookmarked them; see Give the ticker a fixed address.

Same setup, or different

Export on one page and Import on the other copies the coins, colors and timings; the page calls it the easy way to copy your setup to a second ticker. Or give each its own list: one for the coins you hold, one for the market’s top twelve. See Export and import settings.
