Yes. Device → Lock on the settings page adds a password. The page describes it: Asks for a password before any change is saved: your display and Wi-Fi settings, and Clear/Reset. Viewing always stays open. Setting it requires typing a four-digit code the ticker shows on its own screen, so nobody who only found the page over the network can lock you out.
