Does it work on 5 GHz Wi-Fi?

No. The radio in the ticker is 2.4 GHz only, which is why its signal card reads 2.4GHz - Channel and its network scan says Looking for 2.4GHz / networks nearby.... Most routers run both bands, and a network offered on both under one name works: the ticker joins the 2.4 GHz side. A network that exists only on 5 GHz will not appear in the ticker’s list; turn on the router’s 2.4 GHz band or give it its own name. See Wi-Fi requirements.
