How many coins are available?

The 1,000 largest coins by market value, each with a logo. The ticker’s server keeps the list and refreshes it daily; new coins appear as they earn a ranking, and a coin near the end can drop out and come back as rankings move. The settings page fetches the current list each time it opens, and the list is on Supported coins.

If a coin you want does not appear as you type, the server does not carry it. See Where the prices come from for what the source includes and leaves out.
