What if I forget the settings password?

Nobody can look it up or reset it, by design; the ticker keeps only a hash. First check every phone and computer that has used the page: a browser that unlocked once stays unlocked, and from it Unlock → Remove password clears the lock. Export your settings from there too. If no such browser exists, the only way back is a factory reset, five quick restarts, which erases the Wi-Fi and every setting with the password. See I forgot the settings password.
