Period label position, the up-down row: Auto, Top, Bottom9:41192.168.1.107

The control

Chart Area → Period label position: — the up-down arrows and Auto.

What it does

Pins the label’s row, or lets the chart choose. With both this and the left-right choice on Auto, the label goes wherever fits best, chart by chart.

The stored key

chart_period_keep in the ticker’s settings, and in the file that Export writes. The shipped value is generated from the one source of defaults and shown on this page by the site, never typed here.
