The control

Nighttime quiet hours → Night level slider.

What it does

Sets the backlight while the window is open; the daytime Brightness applies the rest of the time.

The choices

• Ten to a hundred percent in steps of ten.

On the glass

Applies at once if the window is open now.

The stored key

quiet_br in the ticker’s settings, and in the file that Export writes. The shipped value is generated from the one source of defaults and shown on this page by the site, never typed here.
