What is the return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return the ticker for a full refund. Send it back in its original condition, in its box, with the cable, the adapter and the printed card.

Returns go through Amazon: start the return from Your Orders, and Amazon supplies the label and issues the refund. Every ticker also has a two-year warranty, so a fault after the 30 days is repaired or replaced; see Warranty.
