The page shows different settings than the ticker

• The coins on the page are not the coins on the ticker
• Refreshed from your ticker, your unsaved coin changes were dropped.
• The page looks different from the version on the ticker

Symptoms

• The page’s coin boxes or controls do not match what the ticker is showing.
• The page’s layout looks older than the firmware the ticker reports.

Cause

The page is a copy of the ticker’s settings taken when it loaded. Another device saved since, or a browser tab was left open for days, or the browser served a cached copy of the page from before a firmware update. After an update the page reloads itself once when it notices; a tab that was closed at the time is not told.

Fix

1. Tap the logo, the Settings heading or the browser line at the top of the page. That is a real reload from the ticker, not the browser’s cache. The page says Up to date with your ticker., or Refreshed from your ticker, your unsaved coin changes were dropped. if you had unsaved coin edits.
2. Check the Firmware: line at the top right matches the version on the ticker’s start screen.
3. If the page still looks old, clear the browser’s cached data for the ticker’s address, or open the page in another browser.
