What it shows

The camera button sits in the strip under the coin boxes, to the right of ◀ ⏸ ▶. Press it and a picture of the ticker’s screen opens on the page, drawn inside a picture of the enclosure, so what you see is what is on the glass at that moment.

It is the screen itself, not a guess: the ticker sends what it is drawing and your browser puts it into the enclosure picture.

Options

• The picture is a still. Press again for a fresh one.
• Saving it: the picture opens as a link, so a click saves it, or right-click and Save link as. It arrives as a .webp file named after the ticker.
• The button is offered when the ticker’s screen is one this page has an enclosure drawing for. On a unit whose panel has no drawing yet, there is no button.
• Nothing changes for anyone watching the ticker: taking the picture makes it redraw the screen it is already showing.
• One at a time. While a picture is being sent, a second press is answered busy and tries again by itself, which is why a press during an update can take a second try.

Nothing to set. The button is under the coin boxes whenever the ticker offers it.
