The control

Device → Notify me of weak → Wi-Fi signal.

What it does

Silences or allows the recurring signal card. The card at start-up, and the outage face during a server outage, show regardless. Ticking the box shows the card at once.

Ticked: the card returns while the link needs attention. Unticked: no repeats; the ticker runs the same.

Weak Wi-Fi signal: strength very weak, try moving it closer

The stored key

weak_wifi_warn in the ticker’s settings, and in the file that Export writes. The shipped value is generated from the one source of defaults and shown on this page by the site, never typed here.
