A Crash report card with a QR code appeared

Symptoms

• After a Glitch recovery or Freeze recovery start screen, a full-screen QR code with Crash report data above and Scan and send to Lee below, for about a minute. Then the coins.

Cause

A fault restarted the ticker and left a record. The card offers that record as a code so it can reach Lee without a cable or an app. It contains the technical details of the fault only; nothing about you.

Fix

1. It is not urgent. The ticker has already restarted and is running. If this is the first time, you can let it pass.
2. If it happens again, or a Glitch N in a row count is showing, open your phone’s camera and point it at the code while it is up. Tap the link or text the camera offers.
3. Send what opens to leeo@cryptoticr.com, or text it to (234) 575-2550, with a line about what the ticker was doing.
4. Check the power supply, which is the commonest cause of repeated faults: The power card says low or high.

If that didn’t work

• The code would not scan in time: photograph the dim technical rows above it on the next occurrence, such as 3: Soft watchdog | mid a data fetch and the PC line, and send those. See Contact.
