Can I set it up from a computer?

Yes. Setup needs a device that can join a Wi-Fi network and open a web page, and a computer does both. Join the ticker’s CT network from the computer’s Wi-Fi list, and if the setup page does not open by itself, type 192.168.4.1 into the browser’s address bar with http:// in front. The ticker’s card says Join my Wi-Fi / from any of these: and shows a phone, a tablet and a laptop.
